Consolidated Network Has Developed 122 Megawatts of Commercial Systems in Two Decades

Oakland, New Jersey: February 22, 2017 — Sunfarm Solar, LLC (“Sunfarm”) announced today its formation and operations in the commercial solar power industry, offering customized system design, installation and maintenance services to the commercial business marketplace. Sunfarm is the newly structured affiliate company of Amberjack Solar, LLC, and is designed to leverage the established history of the Amberjack/Sunfarm companies network. In its origination, the company was incorporated in 1999 as Sunfarm Ventures, and quickly grew into a leading solar systems provider in the Northeast region. In 2014, Sunfarm Ventures was acquired by Amberjack Solar, LLC, and is now restructured and rebranded as Sunfarm Solar. The new company launches with an additional capital infusion of $5 million, and a streamlined focus on the acquisition and development of solar photovoltaic systems for small-to mid-size commercial business owners.
